Terrible service ! Will NEVER order from this place again. Got our order wrong and refused to make it right even though we have been getting food here every week. Manager was very rude as well.

We have been ordering here for over 20 years and started Sushi when it was The Sushi House.
We used to order often, but each time it's disappointing.
I ordered hot and sour soup recently and ordered 2 qts so I'd have extra, and it was the absolute worst. There was no hot, no sour. It had no tiger lily flowers, no fungus, American mushrooms, and the flavor was disgusting. I also ordered boneless ribs which I couldn't even chew.
My husband ordered General Tso's chicken and said it was the worst he's ever had and that has always been his favorite dish there. I know you could care less, but I am just do disgusted. I don't think uiu'd eat the food you serve and it's sad that you really don't care about pleasing and keeping customers.

I have been coming to this restaurant since they opened, love the food. Lately though service has gone in the toilet. This last time, they had nearly a 2 hour window on a delivery??!! Then called from a random number (I missed the call) and left no message. They message was that they had such a delivery time. Time to retrain and get new help. I've been a customer for nearly 30 years, not happy anymore sadly. The food is always good, the service people they hire though are severely lacking. The boy that answers seems stoner half the time.

The Chinese food that we got was very good. Only issue, I was disappointedly surprised that the owner, his wife and the sushi chef were not wearing masks when I went in to pick up my online order. Also,an employee came out of the kitchen without his mask on and pulled it partially up when he saw a customer.
I would feel better knowing that all Hong Kong Restaurant employees are following Covid guidelines.

food was not good today, been comng for over 10 years, beef hard and overcooked, and asked for general tsoa med and it came out extra spicey, new cook? if so, training is needed to read the requests

Very disappointed in the food lately. Tough pork snd hardley no gravy in egg fu yung. Horrible. Smaller portions lo mein.

Been going to this restaurant for quite a few years and was always satisfied. The past two times, very disappointed. May have a new cook because the food was terrible. Tasteless is the best way to describe it. Didn't like the ribs at all and the pork with garlic sauce was not up to par. I may try one more time, but then again, maybe not. Too bad, because I really hate to start looking for a new place. Hong Kong was always the best in the area.
